什么是彩光模塊?WDM波分復(fù)用光模塊,具有特定波長(zhǎng).
CWDM 1270/1,1290/1......1610/1nm每個(gè)波長(zhǎng)信道間隔20nm;
DWDM CH17~CH61 L62~L09 50GHZ信道間隔約0.4nm、100GHZ信道間隔約0.8nm、200GHZ信道間隔約1.6nm.
封裝形式:SFP、SFP+、XFP、SFP28等
用途:多用于光纖擴(kuò)容線路測(cè)
特點(diǎn):具有傳輸距離遠(yuǎn)、帶寬容量大、節(jié)約光纖資源
什么是灰(白)光模塊?沒有特定的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)波長(zhǎng)光模塊.
常用的有多模850nm ;單模1310nm、1490nm、1550nm等,波長(zhǎng)范圍較寬一般在±40nm左右.
用途:多用于機(jī)房客戶(用戶)測(cè)以
特點(diǎn):功耗小、適用近距離傳輸
光器件:
發(fā)射器件使用高性能EML(電吸收調(diào)制激光器)電吸收調(diào)制器(EAM)與DFB激光器(LD)的集成器件,具有體積小、波長(zhǎng)啁啾低等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
接收器件使用APD(雪崩二極管)是具有內(nèi)增益的一種光伏器件,利用光生載流子在場(chǎng)內(nèi)的定向運(yùn)動(dòng)產(chǎn)生雪崩效應(yīng),從而獲得光電流的增益;具有封裝體積小、靈敏度高等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
芯片方案
光模塊采用進(jìn)口激光器驅(qū)動(dòng)芯片GN2044S配合TEC驅(qū)動(dòng)ADN8834,能夠?qū)l(fā)射激光器波長(zhǎng)鎖定在0.1nm以內(nèi)長(zhǎng)時(shí)間工作不偏移;接收升壓電路采用進(jìn)口芯片I7990長(zhǎng)時(shí)間工作穩(wěn)定輸出電壓供電.
外殼
采用鋅合金材料以及芯片部位拉伸凸臺(tái)設(shè)計(jì),配合使用PG80A進(jìn)口導(dǎo)熱材料充分將IC和器件熱量導(dǎo)出模塊外殼。
